The CRE Loaded 6.2 USPS shipping module has been overhauled to meet USPS Shipping Tools API 3.0b The changes to USPS Shipping module are outlined below with more detail found at XXXXXXXXX

• <FirstClassMailIntlRequest USERID="x">
• <IntlRateRequest USERID="x">
• Note that <ExpressMailRequest USERID="x"> has been deprecated.
• The International types are incorrect in that CRE uses <GXG> for dimensional data. The data must now be aggregated in the response and select the correct tag for INT'L. CRE 6.2.13.1 still uses invalid tag types.
• Fixes all released of CRE 6.2.13.1
